• The service is provided primarily as a Business-to-Business (B2B) SaaS tool for commercial Amazon and eBay marketplace sellers.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and OAuth tokens.

• Pricing: Services are billed on a recurring subscription basis at £14.99/month (or as specified during checkout).
• Billing Cycle: Fees are charged in advance on a monthly recurring schedule starting on the date of subscription.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account billing dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
• Refund Policy: Payments are non-refundable. Partial month refunds or credits are not provided except where explicitly required by mandatory statutory law in your local jurisdiction.

You agree to use the platform in strict compliance with all applicable third-party API policies, including the Amazon Selling Partner API (SP-API) Acceptable Use Policy and eBay REST API Developer Rules.

Prohibited Conduct: You shall NOT use getsellerfeedback for:

• Sentiment gating, filtering negative reviews, or incentivizing positive ratings.
• Sending promotional marketing, discount offers, or external website links inside buyer messages.
• Automating communications that violate Amazon or eBay buyer communication policies.

Termination for Misuse: Violation of acceptable use policies may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without a refund.

Amazon, Amazon SP-API, Amazon Seller Central, eBay, and associated logos are registered trademarks of their respective owners (Amazon.com, Inc. and eBay Inc.). getsellerfeedback is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Amazon or eBay.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• In no event shall GetSeller Suite Limited, its directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including lost profits, loss of sales, loss of marketplace account status, or data loss.
• Our maximum aggregate monetary liability arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be limited to the total subscription fees paid by you to getsellerfeedback in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to liability.

The service is provided on an ‘AS IS’ and ‘AS AVAILABLE’ basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that service operation will be uninterrupted, error-free, or entirely delay-free.

• Governing Law: These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
• Jurisdiction: The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim that arises out of or in connection with these Terms.

We reserve the right to update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated terms on this page with a revised ‘Last Updated’ date. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
